About Our Technologies

Our products under the “DEMİR” Brand are manufactured in compliance with the “European Union Personal Protective Equipment Directive 89/686/EEC”. The compliance of our products with this directive has been tested, approved and certified in PFI laboratories. In material selection, the features required by the standards are given priority.

Our designs are made in accordance with the intended use of the product.

Terms of Use

The soles of our products are formed by using the latest technology DESMA injection machines. Our double density PU (Polyurethane) soles provide significant comfort features for the user;

Lightness: The lightness of the material does not tire the feet.

Softness and Comfort: The low density midsole and antibacterial soft mostra make the feet comfortable inside the shoes. Due to the low thermal conductivity of the polyurethane material, they can be easily worn both in summer and winter.

Antistaticity: It provides relief in the body by transferring the static electricity accumulated in the body to the earth. It also provides safety in terms of glow for those working in gaseous environments.

Durability: Outsole resistant to abrasion, oil and fuel oil prolongs the product life. Additionally, it can withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees.

Impact Resistance: Toe protectors made of steel or composite material resistant to at least 200 J (the impact energy resulting from a weight drop of 20 kg from a height of 100 cm) of impact are used in the toes of our products.

Penetration Resistance: For our products under the S3 or S1P category, steel midsoles with penetration resistance of at least 110 kg (1100 N) are used.
